We ordered our wedding cake here.From the first contact until the delivery they were outstanding.We had a tasting in the store with Jack who explained the different flavours, what could and could not be done (not much could not be done) how many people the cake would feed and so on.They made delivery arrangements with our reception venue and once we had ordered the cake we had nothing to worry about - the only contact was to pay the deposit and outstanding amount and then to confirm the delivery day. The cake itself was better than we could have imaged, the fruit and flowers on the cake were fresh and the cake finish was what we wanted, it was a very tasty cake and it was all eaten!Perfect from start to finish, highly recommend them.

Hello Naomi has the best cakes and cookies- the staff are really polite and friendly- their Easter eggs with the nougat were amazing!
The lovely team at hello naomi did our wedding cake in May. It was a wonderful experience. We had the opportunity to test and taste the cakes ahead of time and give direction on what we were hoping for. The end result was perfect. The cake looked and tasted amazing. Our guests all commented on how delicious it was. The team also showed exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend hello naomi for any cake required for a special occasion.
Edit: I have left my previous review below, however I am adding this as the proprietor of the business has take the time to apologise for this to me and make right as best as it could be which I appreciate being done.Original: Very Very Poor Service, after explaining the need for good packaging for take away cupcakes the shop attended proceeded to throw the cupcakes in the box then label it upside down. $20 of cakes for a special occasion left looking worse than dogs vomit.
