So i arsked for my late fathers deeds. In jan 2017I had a recipe for a sealed envelope left with them. They lost them. Took 6 months for them to replace then. I still don't konw what was in the sealed envelope he left with them. Maybe 1000000000 of shares. Fyi read the fine print. Anz take no responsibility for safety deposit box or sealed packages you leave with them but yet they requested a fee to get them back. 2 complaints to the ombudsmen later !!!!!!!!!Bunch of Grubbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sleep well tonight ANZ!

29 July 2015. I phoned the 13 number and obtained a number for the 490 King Street Branch, I phoned this number but there was no reply, it was 4.30 pm so I assumed the branch was closed. On 30 July I phoned the King Street branch number again. There was no reply. I phoned the 13 number again, spoke to someone in Melbourne who gave me the same 4037200 for King Street, I said that there was no answer from this phone and was given another number, the mobile number for Debbie Robson. I phoned the mobile number to receive the message that Debbie Robson would be on holiday until 28th July and that I should email Caitlin Marks.
