A huge thanks to Sandy for helping me on the weekend. I had a problem with my X3 and I needed to drive to Sydney. He organised a loan car for me at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon and had me on my way. My car was fixed on Monday and I am back on the road.Thanks to Sandy for being so proactive on Saturday and helping me. Also thanks to Jai and Shaun for organising the repairs first thing Monday. Hi Guys. We found Jai at the service department to be of great help. We had a problem with our car and when we spoke with Jai, he handled it so well. We had a loan car so it did not inconvenience us. Within a day, he sorted it out and we had the confidence to drive away with the car fixed. Excellent customer service. Thanks guys!

I found Jai (from the service department) is really friendly and helpful. He goes out of his way to assist customers with service-related issues. He also let me have a quick chat with the senior technician in the workshop (James) so I could ask a question about my car. It's reassuring to know that the service team has a skilled technician on hand to troubleshoot the difficult faults that modern cars can develop.The service department is much better now than I found it to be in the past (personal opinion). I recommend bringing your vehicle here for both a general service and also to fix complicated problems.
