Long wait to pick up my car. I asked repeatedly if tolls were included in my rental - the guy said yes. A month later I received an unpaid toll notice with a $33 hertz admin fee. The car provided was a run down Corolla with more than 55,000 kms with numerous chips on the paintwork and windscreen. No upgrades for loyal presidential club members. Disappointing.
Staff here were so friendly. I have never had to use a hire car before do they were super helpful explaining the whole process to me.
