Was originally going to leave 5 stars just because the receptionist is that friendly and helpful, amazing customer service from her too! But then the bench top was fit a few days before Christmas and one section was cut too long, no worries I thought, they can fix it and come back? nope couldn't get anyone to do an emergency fix up before Christmas which was disappointing as the earliest they could fix their stuff up was the 8th of Jan. This left us with half a bench top over the holiday period and we we had family over for Christmas that we were cooking for :(Then to ad insult to injury the guys that finally finished the bench top off seemed to not car at all about the stuff up, didn't apologise and left a mess all over my floor when they left, which included multiple RAZOR BLADES on a floor that we walk on bare foot and is also used by our pets. Was originally going to recommend to many other friends and family about to do new kitchens but now won't. No offer to compensate for the muck around either.
