Hello this Aimee , Myself , Mum and My sister are now former patients of this practice we were going here from January 2013- August 2018 ( 5 years 8 months ) including King Street General Practice Where we all moved from in January 2017 , since being within the shopping center this We have noticed changes to here that are not some of the desk staff have become rude and unfriendly and others are pleasant to deal with the doctors are now charging patients a $50.00 fee if they just don't show up for a booked appointment or cancel their appointment on the same day up to possibly 1or 2 hours before they're due to see their doctor , The doctors have changed their attitude on how they will treat a patients immediate medical issues and or completely missing potentially life threatening things that end up landing the patient in hospital for a couple of weeks after few days after a consultation with their normal GP and this is not good especially if a patient already has multiple complex ongoing medical issues , We have made one great friend out of a former receptionist and sometimes chat with another one when we see them , Otherwise our gp at this practice is a very lovely person who we've been under the care of for a number of years now until our departure in August , If it was at all possible in the extended future in years to we would love to be friends with themself and their family but obviously in many years soon not at this point though , We do sincerely thank them for the time and care but it's now time for a change and to move on , So Unfortunately if it was still King Street General Practice we would have Highly Recommended them as we use to everyone but since they have moved to the current location we could No longer recommend this practice I'm very sorry I wish these changes were not implemented , You need to advatise and any extra fees and charges not just spring them on people either phone or at end consult it's not very professional if other practices can advatise their extra fees on the websites then so can market own health , So No Longer Recommend .
