We had been trying to get our Euromaid machine repaired for 6 weeks & got excuses & no shows until it was allocated to this company. They were efficient & as prompt as someone out of our area can be. Fixed at last. Would recommend.
I am not sure what all the negatives are about. We received excellent service on our LG Oled warranty repair. Good communication and no issues at all.
Rude, incompetent and unreliable. Have had to get back in touch with Samsung and DEMAND another repairer. I would give these people a 0.25 star rating if I could. They are simply terrible!!! I completely agree with all of the other 1-Star reviews on this page. They should be closed down by Fair Trading.
Just dropped off my microwave oven, very friendly service.
Arranged to have my faulty LG fridge inspected under warranty. They advised of the 4 hour time frame for the visit (who's paying me to sit in the house for 4 hours..?). My house is exactly 1.5km from their office. My daughter waited there for most of this time before having to leave for work. Then I get a call from the serviceman saying he is at the front door and no one is at home. No problem as I was in the car in the next suburb anyway so can you wait for 5 minutes for me to arrive please.? Serviceman then says - no sorry I've already left (obviously lying about being at the front door). Then tried to charge me $90 for a futile visit - which I declined to pay. Thankfully LG put me onto another local repairer. Zero customer service with this company. Best avoided.
