Best flowers in Newcastle. Amazing staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else
The location is convenient and the flowers are lovely, but the customer service is dreadful! Stood in the shop for at least 15 minutes and listened to the 4 young girls behind the counter talk about their weekend, with no attempt made to assist me. I eventually bought one of the pre-made arrangements, and when I went to the counter to pay, it was made fairly obvious it was a hassle to serve me.

Absolutely appalled with the horrible service when requesting a receipt via phone call!!!! After asking for a receipt I was answered with a huge 'sigh' 'I suppose I can do it now if you really need the receipt'. I then asked for the spelling of my email address to be repeated because she got it wrong twice - she said 'really? I have already repeated it to you twice now'. I then asked if I should be receiving it to my email address shortly and advised if i don't I will give her a call back to try again. She then laughed and said 'whatever, bye' and hung up. Can you actually believe that? Because I wouldn't if someone told me... but yep!!! It's true and judging by the reviews im not the only one who has had to deal with the rude person. I have NEVER been spoken to so poorly - especially after just spending $100.00 on bloody flowers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whoever owns/manages this company... I sure as hell hope you train your staff after reading this review. Wont be ordering from you again.
