I absolutely love PONY! Paige is an absolute life saver, she perfected my formal hair and applied my clip ins perfectly. she even saved my best friend on her formal day after a bad experience with a hair dresser earlier that day and squeezed her in last minute and made her look beautiful. 10/10

I had the worst experience. My stylist didnt listen to what I wanted or seem to care. I had 2 photos for reference including one of myself and my cut didnt come close. I said curls, texture & volume were most important and I left with flat, straightened bob. My hair is naturally curly and was ghd straightened to cut. When I questioned this I was told not to worry it would be added back in at the end. It wasnt. To top it off I wasnt even offered a glass of water. I emailed to express my disappointment and the owner apologised, telling me the stylist had since been fired wanting to make it up to me. I declined but she insisted do I agreed to having it fixed and I never heard from her again!
Im not sure who did my hair (dark hair, red lippy ) I called up for a last min appointment before the weekend and have never been to this salonAs a blonde Im skeptical about going to different hairdressers bedsides my regular (3hr drive away from Newcastle as Im not originally from this area) but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how it turned outShe listened to what I needed, offered suggestions and I came out the other side feeling fresh and prettyThank you!!If I lived in the area permanently I would definitely be back
