Moved from Bupa, although I am paying a bit more each month I am covered for much more services.Extras are way better than Bupa, have been able to claim more back.Customer service is excellent, someone will pick up after a few rings, you are not left waiting in a queue to wait for "the next representative".The advice I have been given over the phone has been accurate so far, Bupa gave me incorrect once and I was left with out of pocked expenses.

Total incompetence. Due to some glitch un there system 1 day per fortnight I am NOT covered by this horrid company. TWICE it has severely inconvenienced me. NOT TO MENTION THE FAXTBI AM PAYING FOR COVERAGE YET I AM NOT COVERED. I will be going to fair trading for charging me and not providing service and also ombudsman about the incompetence and total lack of fluent and consistantly service.
Absolutely Amazing health fund, won't be even looking at other options re yearly pricerise, great service! They have paid out my claims without fuss, and are polite and fair when claim can't be paid. They even helped when they technically did not have to pay and I was in a very, very tight spot which made a huge world of difference to me and my family.
My children and I have been with Phoenix Health for the past 2 years, having being with another well known Fund Bupa. Phoenix are just wonderful! There App lets you lodge your claim and the next morning, you receive your Claim payment. If ever you have a query, they are there to answer the phone promptly and they have the answer. There premiums are less than the big players and their Limits so much better too. Thank you Phoenix Health : )
