Its very tricky to find the place. No sign for library outside. Looks like robbers sitting inside not staff. Staff told me he gonna help me with printing but printed wrong and charged me again for printing. Too expensive for printing as well. Totally rip off by Newcastle council. Highly do not recommend.
Finding library was not easy this is because there is no distinguishing sign outside of the council building.Small size library but can relax and feel calm.

Was a bit tricky to find this building as it is inside war memorial building (really not clear) and my reason for coming here was to print out some government paperwork ( what is it with needing print outs) but then on the computer we only had 15minutes which if any has used a government website you can not do anything in 15min. Now about the library not many books but a nice layout. Would I come here again?= I don't think so.
