System down statewide. They should have something in place to process at each site and then they could back it up on main system when it come back on line.
When there were individual departments folks knew what they were doing. Now nobody knows anything. They have a self service section where you are not allowed to do self service because some loud Herbert comes over and distracts you. The individual departments used to be able to give us driver licences and birth certificates, now we have to wait weeks to get them posted by a private outsourcer.
