Ok I know its McDonalds and Im not comparing this against restaurants. But this has to be one of most inconsistent and poor McDonalds over all my visits. Today was just terrible the classic club chicken was poorly constructed.. I mean it looked like the box had been shook up... the lettuce leaf was going black and turning, the crispy chicken was soggy and tasted like it had been sitting for 30min, the bacon was similar and the only thing that was edible was the sauce and bun. Honestly it was shocking and so bad it is turning me off any further McDonalds visits.
There was an issue with the kiosk and counter registers not accepting a code but the staff were quick to correct the issue and we're very helpful.
Had to clean our own table.the floor was even worse.. Order our own food. Then when it came out it was cold. Very poor..
Staff were not all friendly putting you off slightly food was normal. Great atmosphere. Staff were making the experience worse.
Absolutely disgusting!!!The whole floor was covered in food and rubbish, there was a pile garbage bags that you had to walk around once you entered the restaurant to get to the counter Waited 20 mins for cold cheeseburgers and fries that looked like it was made by a 3 yr old!!No excuse for the state of the restaurant and the quality of the service and food
