I Love the Chemist Warehouse. The staff are friendly and always helpful when asked. The Pharmacists are happy to give clear advice about a product they sell. Besides that the prices are always good. I buy as many things as I can there. Beats the supermarkets hands down, and when the sales are on there is no competition...
There is almost always close to 4 star service by way of having products available, however, Pharmacist bullies and persuades patients requiring medication to divulge all their details to a third party Chemist Warehouse app. I did not verbally agree in store when I was talked into this new offer, I was offered further information, over the subsequent week I was bombarded with authentication codes for an app I did not authorise to be signed up for. This is bad business practice, it is criminal to be forced into a contract unwillingly and negligent due to possible privacy breach. Beware your details will be sold off to third parties while the CW pharmacist makes a nice tidy commission. BEWARE!

Very poor customer service. I asked for some help, a lady staff simply said they dont have and walked away. I was about to ask some alternative of what i wanted.I wont visit again to this CW Newcastle again. Very disappointed.A lady staff was not even ready to listen and arguing with customer. I would be better visit CW at hamilton.Very bad experience..This happen on 31st jan around 4:30PM
