I had a severe spinal injury leading to nerve damage that required an operation. Stephen picked this up earlier than doctors, did not lie that I needed a surgeon not a physio (unlike other therapists I'd been to) and then was absolutely wonderful with helping my recovery post surgery and with other injuries I've had since.
