Unprofessional and a very rude staff member, particularly the receptionist. ABSOLUTE RIP-OFFWe booked appointments for 7 people at 3.15 because thats the only available time that they can accomodate us. We paid the reservation fee of 50 aud to secure the slots. Two of my friends arrived around 3pm and the rest at around 3.18. The receptionist/manager of the place talked to us in the most unprofessional way saying that we were so late. Yeah we were late, FOR THREE MINUTES!!! I mean why cant they just shorten the time of the service? Its not as if we were late for an hour! Or why they didnt even do the services for my two friends who got there early? Not only that, they even asked us to pay for the whole amount without even getting anything! We can understand that its because of the preparation or anything but we were just late for three minutes! If i can only give a negative review, I will.

The day spa was beautiful. We where greeted by smiling faces and postotive staff, when we went to get changed into our robes we where amazed at how immaculate everything looked , we where extremely happy with the no phone policy, it gave the atmosphere a calming touch. When we got in the massage room the staff where calming and professional, also the massage was amazing , then we had a spa which i will admit the water was boiling but that was the only bad thing at all to be honest. Over all this day spa is relaxing and great for everyone to go visit, I highly recommend it.

Very lacklustre experience. I took my daughter here for a pre-Wedding manicure and pedicure. The beautician was so rough & haphazard that she drew blood on my daughter's fingernails. She clipped mine so closely that they too bled. To add insult to injury, after we aborted the mission ten minutes in,the manager still charged us the full amount! Minus a $5 discount. Such poor customer service.

Terrible experience. I paid for an hour long massage, they only gave me a 30-45 minute massage. The massage itself was poor and the staff were rude. I wont be returning and will recommend to others to avoid!

My girlfriend a regular, suggested the Royal Day Spa for some girl timeout for the 2 of us. We had a double room for massage, followed by a pedicure. From beginning to end we were given the Royal treatment as in this Day Spa's name. Sue the owner has the place looking amazing, and immediately upon entering I started to relax . The staff were experienced, professional and friendly, we enjoyed our treatments and refreshments, and it was so good not to be ushered out quickly as some spas do. Definitely planning return visits here. Highly recommended for quality treatments in a clean and thoughtfully created and relaxing environment.
