Worst ever repair shop. I went there to replace my flat tyre. The lady in the office said they did not have the same brand tyre and said she would have to make a call to get it down. She said she would give me call during the day. I was hard pressed for time and couldn't use my spare wheel for long. So I said I will replace the tyre elsewhere. Hearing this she rolls the damaged tyre to me and says 'Here's your tyre. You can lift it yourself. Because you did not do the replacement with us, we are not going to lift the tyre for you'. I am small built lady and I could never lift the tyre to the boot myself.It was not my fault that they did not have my model of tyre. If they had the stock, I would have done the business with them.So rude. I have never come across such rudeness.The business will do good, if they got rid of this lady.
Make sure you get a firm quote first before getting any work done. I took my 2009 BMW in with what I pretty well knew was a battery on the way out and I did mention that a number of times. When I picked up the car I was presented with a bill for $650! The battery itself was $265, the balance made up of various test that were done - $120 for a scan, $70 for a battery test and $140 to synch the battery to the car and then add on GST to all that lot. I rang Kloster BMW to check this and they do the battery synch to the car for $104. So NAS are 35% more expensive than a BMW service centre which I would not have expected. On a positive note, they did look at the car straight away. I would have appreciated advanced notice of all the testing charges.
