Richard is a fantastic mechanic who really knows his stuff!
I took my car to Richard and explained that I thought I needed new brakes and possibly new rotors. After testing my car he called to inform me that while the rear brakes and front brake pads were fine, my front rotors were probably warped. He machined the rotors, instead of replacing them all together (saving me significant money) and put new pads on (after explaining though there was plenty of pad left, the pads were hard.) I deeply appreciated the step-by-step updates Richard provided and the thorough care that was taken. I trust Richard and wont go anywhere else for my car needs.
