Wanted to try out 14 days trial class ended up paying $25 for a single class + $14 + $12 west membership? Staff looks friendly but not helpful at All. Some classes that i went to will be cancelled last minute too. Overall a very disappointing experience.
Ordered a fruit salad take away, all I got was one limpy bruised half of a strawberry, lots of very very hard and tangy pineapple (70% of "salad") and a few bits of watermelon. All in all, crap fruit salad! Who the hell wants to eat hard tangy pineapples??????
Love the classes, variety and different levels. Best gym!!!
