Good gym with Awesome staff. Been going to Urth since February and everytime I go in, I get great session in. Due to good equipment and staff. They also run great power and yoga classes. Nathan(Fantastic P.T) Remmie and Brock are all great and have helped me heaps. If you're in Newy East and looking for a good place to train. I would recommend Urth!
