The worst of worst at ALL levels of real estate! They will rent out a property to party pigs, then dismiss OVER a dozen police reports (including persons being removed from the premises by police), videos of drunken filthy behaviour, a year of emails from myself... because I'm the only neighbour to voice any concerns! It's my job to contact all the other neighbours, and give them Walkoms details. I once rented a property they were selling. They lied to the owner when I gave them the keys early, as a favour to the new owners. Walkoms promised to not enter the property for 24hrs, as I explained one more tradie was to come the following day. As I drove away from their office, they drove straight over. I also bought my house from them, what a lazy commission that was... selling a house to the tenant! One stamp, one phone call, send me the money. They pay lipservice, while taking your money. 100% grub.
