Excellent staff, especially Imogen, she will go the extra mile to make sure everything is as it should be. When you first walk into the store you are immediately acknowledged even if they are busy with someone else. Optus needs to hire more staff like this for there online service where customer service is non-existent.

Imogen is wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and she is very patient with the weird customers.
