Service was satisfactory. The food is way too expensive for what you get. Very disappointed with the mains we had. I brought my family visiting from overseas and expected a some descent dining experience, based on the reputation. There wasn't much variety on the menu and once again, way too expensive. Won't be going back there again.
I absolutely love this place. Always perfect. Staff is Amazing. Atmosphere is beautiful. Favourite place!
Service was pretty good. Probably about 8 out of 10 for the food. A bit pricey but we had a good night.
I've always loved my experiences at Nagisa however a couple of weeks ago, I walked in distressed, exhausted, hot and dehydrated. I asked for the coolest seat in the house and the young man who served me could not have been more accommodating. He directed me to the rear of the restaurant where the air con was on, I even saw him close the doors a little to keep the cool in. He then went on to bring me some cool water and gave me the time to relax and make a decision before placing my order. I was so impressed with his caring, polite and patient demeanour and felt incredibly thankful to have been treated with respect. Not very common these days. Thank you Nagisa once again for a delightful dining experience.
Service was pretty ordinary. Had to get up to ask for drinks which, once ordered, never came. Our plates also sat in front of us and were never cleared. We ended up getting the bill and going somewhere else. Busy night with lots of young staff so may have just been a tough night. Food was however good but overpriced considering the poor service.
