Room was clean, a little dated but comfortable. The room only has minimal facilities so bring your own bottle opener and buy paper plates and utensils if you buy take away to eat here. There were a few cups and a single spoon. Linen was fresh, air conditioner was effective.

Booked a room for 2 nights. For the price I expected the standards of a motel. But instead got a room with mould both on the curtains and in the shower, iron mark on they floor and a hole in one of the chairs. Wasnt told about how you need to pay $20 a night for parking when I booked at least 2 months before staying here or that I had to book in advance so I didnt have to park on the street each night. Other than that the beds were comfy and the linen clean. Only good for sleeping at night as parking outside is only free from 9pm - 9am. They also have restriction on the aircon, internet dropped out while we were staying here and once you open the door to the balcony. Good luck trying to get it shut, took a lot of jiggling.

I was surprised by this hotel I had booked a cheap room last minute, so I was expecting something basic to just sleep for the night before driving on. But when I got to the room I was surprised by a very nice ocean view. The room itself was decently clean however it needed a bit of updating, it looked very used (the carpet had several iron stains and there was some mildew in the shower.) The bed was about what I would expect fit the price. However, there was no free parking. To use their lot cost $20. The street was free from 9pm to I think 830am. However by 845pm most of the spots were taken. Still, I would stay again

Great location right by the beach, you can hear the ocean as you sleep. Nice tidy room. The bathroom has an added bonus of a bathtub. Self check in is convenient. I will definitely be staying here again.

Alright place and very close to beach/fort scratchley but if you need somewhere for your luggage on your last day here definitely don't book here! There are no reception staff and not helpful at all when trying to find where to leave luggage. Went to nearby hotel AND train station across town at their suggestion and ended up having to ask a random backpackers hostel for help. Otherwise we'd have been stuck!
