Left belongings behind and management have been no help whatsoever. Won't even return calls.. staff extremely rude. Otherwise rooms are overpriced but clean and modern
It's an apartment-hotel, so the rooms contain a small kitchen area and a fridge which can be used to prepare simple meals. The rooms themselves are very spacious, while the building has a colonial-era design to it while being modern at the same time. Did notice the lack of a restaurant.

Friendly and efficient staff. Good location with some secure parking available and on street parking nearby. Rooms are big and have everything you need. Bathrooms are great with good water pressure. Beds are comfy. Good aircon.
This is without a doubt the most beautiful room Ive ever stayed in at any location. I had the studio room for one night and I wished I could have stayed longer. The room was so incredibly spacious, its hard to believe thats the smallest room in the hotel. I can only imagine how large and beautiful the other rooms must be. It was so new and both the room and building had character- very unique and welcoming. The high ceilings were an additional feature in the room being on the top floor. The staff were friendly too. Highly recommended. If I come to Newcastle again I will definitely stay here.
