Great accommodation, comfortable beds. We had a spa bath in our room, it was great. We didnt use the pool didnt get time. Great location. Pub across road, & shopping centre. Would highly recommend. About 10 min drive to beach.
Although the room itself was pretty nice, it was not clean, we found a cigarette butt stuffed down the side of the lounge, hair all over the place & a trail of ants running down the wall from the window. The female receptionist that was on duty was also quite rude, we were not even being served by her & she rudely & very abruptly spoke over the top of the very nice young gentleman who was serving us when we asked a question. We have stayed here several times in the past.but this will definitely be our last! There was also a $100 bond which was supposed to be refunded after checkout... This was not done! The only reason we can think is that the long hair all over the unit when we arrived (we are 2 males) & the fact we didn't empty the bin may be the cause. Although when we asked about those specific items we were informed that these are.not reasons to keep the bond!
Great location. The help I received from Jesmond Executive Villas was exceptional. I had my mother with me with mobility problems. Nothing was a problem for them including a room change. Very helpful
Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Room was comfortable, spacious and had more than we required for our overnight stay. Only wished we could have stayed longer and next time I will try out the spa unit.
I stayed here with my wife and our son on a family road trip to Newcastle. The apartment we stayed in is modern, nicely designed & furnished, comfortable and very clean. Convenient location with a shopping mall around the corner. Check in & check out is fast & easy. I accidentally left something of value in the room and staff member called me and arranged to have it sent to me - That's pretty awesome service. Thanks
