This hotel was great. The food in the breakfast buffet was delicious, great kind workers and a very comfy room. I recommend all of you that if you go to Newcastle, this is the hotel for you.
Overall I was happy with my experience here. The apartment was relatively spacious, clean and good quality. Although something they could improve on is having apartment doors that actually unlock properly instead of making me swipe my access card 10-15 times before the door finally unlocks to let me in.
Really enjoyed our stay here recently. Staff are very friendly pleasant and attentive. Check in/out was fast and efficient by very nice staff. Bar staff were very good. Breakfast in Seasalt was nice. Hotel largely unchanged from previous Crowns plaza appearance other than signage. Still feels the same..homely..which us a good thing. Was worried when it changed to Rydges but now happy it is still our "go to" Hotel in Newcastle. Very happy with it.
Friendly staff and spacious hotel room. Good at bar is great. Upgrade is definitely good but make sure ocean view is far more better than balcony
Location is great, bed is nice and the view was cool, new carpets and front of house staff were pleasant. But failed on every other metric. Lackinglity assurance at every level. Was going to stay 3 weeks, stayed 3 nights.
